3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account by connecting your social media accounts (X/Twitter, Telegram) or providing other information. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

5. Third-Party Integrations

5.1 X (Twitter) Integration

When you connect your X/Twitter account to Dexy, you authorize us to:

Access your public profile information (username, display name, profile picture)
Read your posts and profile information for verification purposes
Post content on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate such action (e.g., sharing referral links, achievements)

You may revoke this access at any time through your X/Twitter account settings or by disconnecting your account from Dexy. Your use of X/Twitter is also subject to X's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5.2 Telegram Integration

When you connect your Telegram account, you authorize us to access your Telegram user ID, username, and verify your channel membership. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's Terms of Service.

6. Dexy Points Program

The Dexy Points program rewards users for various activities. By participating, you agree that:

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency
Points may be used for future benefits, rewards, or features as determined by Dexy
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time
Points earned through fraudulent means may be forfeited
Points are non-transferable between accounts
We may adjust point balances to correct errors or prevent abuse

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other fraudulent activities
Create multiple accounts to abuse the referral or points system
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service without authorization

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.
